TL:DR

• This is an onsite position in Utah. On joining our fabulous team, you'll be working from within our offices in Heber City.
• Pay is based on experience
• 90 Day Probation, then promotion and pay rise
• After 30 days: 100% employer-paid healthcare coverage
• After 1yr: 401k
• Standard working week – Mon-Fri 8.30 am to 5 pm
• Promote from within only
• Training Provided
• Duties include but are not limited to phone calls (not sales!), data entry, and online storage administration
• Good phone etiquette, computer literacy, time management, and multi-tasking skills required
• Paperless office – no printing of your emails etc.

What will you be doing?

Primarily, phone calls (not cold calling or sales!) which you will then log/enter the results of into our systems. Each call you make will be unique; this brings variety, but it also means that accuracy when taking down notes from the call is very important. Managing online document storage is a key part of the role (we’ll teach you all about it).

The position requires phone etiquette, efficiency, and the ability to multitask. We promote from within only and the potential for growth in this ground floor position is boundless.

We provide a web portal that relates to the Release of Information in Healthcare. The portal is used by people to collect, store, track, and update medical records from any electronic device. We educate health care facilities and seek to enforce Federal Law (HIPAA HITECH) about privacy and the right to access medical information.
